Here is exactly how payment work at Thread Counseling Services.
Session Fees
Individual counseling sessions are $95 for a 50-minute session.
Cancellation policy:
A no-show or late cancellation (under 24 hours) is $50.
Insurance
At this time, I do not accept or bill most insurance companies directly.
Insurance I can bill directly:
Medicaid
UnitedHealthcare
Aetna
Medicare
Out-of-network benefits
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may request a superbill following your session. A superbill is an itemized receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan, and clients are responsible for submitting the superbill and communicating with their insurance provider regarding coverage.
HSA and FSA
Clients are welcome to use Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), when applicable.
